Who we work for

One trade, two kinds of client
— and equal focus on both

Marble bathroom with an oval bath sealed to the surrounding stone floor

Homeowners

Sealant that has gone black, split or lifted is the fastest way to make a good bathroom look tired — and the slowest leak to notice. We cut the old bead out completely, prepare the substrate and reseal in a mould-resistant product, usually inside a single visit.

  • Bathrooms, wet rooms and shower trays
  • Kitchen worktops, splashbacks and sinks
  • Window and door perimeter sealing
  • Full removal and reseal of failed silicone

Contractors & developers

Sealant is the last trade on site and the first thing that gets inspected. We turn up with the right products, work to your programme and hand back joints that pass snagging — on office refurbishments, new builds, building refurbishments and schools.

  • Expansion and movement joint sealing
  • Cladding and curtain walling joints
  • Floor line and wall junction mastic
  • RAMS issued on request; CSCS carded

Reputation

A family-run team
judged on the last job

We are a family-run business and every enquiry comes to the people who do the work. That is why reputation matters more to us than volume — and why our reviews live on Google, in public, rather than as quotes we have typed out ourselves.

Common questions

Answers before
you pick up the phone

Still unsure whether your job is worth a call-out? Send a photo — small jobs can be quoted from pictures alone, at no cost.

Do you work for homeowners as well as contractors?

Yes — domestic and commercial work sit side by side. A single bathroom reseal gets the same standard of preparation and finish as an expansion joint package on a new build.

How do you price work?

Every job is quoted individually and quotes are free. We do not publish 'from' prices, because joint length, access and product all change the figure. Smaller jobs can be quoted from photographs; larger and commercial jobs are quoted after an in-person site visit.

Which sealants do you use?

We work with established trade brands including Mapei, Illbruck, CT1 and Arbo, and select job-specific products where they are needed — mould-resistant sealant for bathrooms and wet rooms, chlorine-resistant sealant around pools, and acoustic sealant where sound transfer matters.

Are you insured and accredited for site work?

Yes. We carry £2 million public liability insurance and hold CITB and CSCS accreditation. Risk Assessment Method Statements can be issued on request for commercial jobs.

Can you match the sealant to our finish?

Yes. Colour-matched silicone is available so the bead reads as part of the grout, frame, stone or cladding rather than a line drawn across it.

How do we pay?

Larger jobs are invoiced. Smaller jobs are settled by bank transfer.

we’ll take care of the rest

Quotes are free, there is no obligation, and photos are usually enough for smaller work. Larger and commercial jobs are priced after a site visit at a time that suits your programme.
